About Global Women
We are a non-profit organisation that advocates for diversity in leadership in Aotearoa New Zealand through promoting, encouraging and facilitating the development of women leaders.
We believe that New Zealand can be the best country to live, work and play in – a prosperous nation underpinned by diverse leadership.
Our strategy is to collaborate with leaders to drive change, celebrate success, and demonstrate progress.
We focus on practical and positive change that benefits all genders and ethnicities, such as: gender-neutral hiring practices; flexible working arrangements; inclusive workplaces, closing the gender pay gap; and building talent pipelines.
Our scope of influence extends to all corners and all sectors in New Zealand, including business, the arts, sports, government and NGOs.
